The Sole Factory

The main strategy of our company consists of providing high quality goods and service, and this what determines the mission of the company. It significantly influences the organisation of our work and the production choices, always making sure that we are thinking of providing a high quality end product in a timely manner. It is for this reason that our company is recognised all over Italy, and in recent years globally, as a leader in quality and professionalism. This recognition has allowed us to create partnerships over the years with important brand names in the fashion industry, domestically and internationally.

The Company Structure

Even with the important position we hold in the footwear industry, the management of the company has remained a family affair. The company is led by Giuseppe Aimone, at the head of the company, while the rest is run by his daughters. Maria Carla is in charge of handling the orders, Barbara is in charge of the administration of the company and Arianna is in charge of international relations: all three are involved in the running of the business.

The company structure is common of a business, but since we can no longer call ourselves a small business, we have created a clear organisational structure where the middle manager role must exist. However the support staff remains of a moderate size and most of the activities are still performed under the direct supervision of our founder.
